Daniel Roten is the Managing Attorney for Kaiser and Roten, admitted to practice law in the State of California. Mr. Roten was awarded a Juris-Doctorate by San Francisco Law School in 2010, finishing in the top percentile of his class while working full-time for the firm. Mr. Roten also possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of North Texas. Additionally, Mr. Roten is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the State Bar of California.
In 1998, Mr. Roten began his career in immigration law in a supporting role at Dallas based Tidwell, Swaim, & Associates and later at Haynes & Boone, LLP. He joined our predecessor firm Kaiser and Capeci in May 2003. He became a Partner in the firm in May 2012.
Mr. Roten has over 17 years of experience in U.S. Immigration Law. His current practice areas include all aspects of employment and family based immigration. Mr. Roten is well-versed and knowledgeable in PERM labor certification, H-1B specialty occupation visas, L-1 intra-company transfers, E-1/E- 2 investor cases, consular visa processing, family petitions, citizenship applications, and non-immigrant and immigrant waivers.
