Jack Kaiser

A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctor conferred by the University of California’s Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, Jack Kaiser began his immigration practice in San Francisco in September 1980 and was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States in April 1983. In June 1993 Mr. Kaiser was designated by the California State Bar as a Certified Immigration Law Specialist.

Mr. Kaiser was a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association for over 25 years and served as a Mentor to new attorneys within the organization seeking advice from experienced immigration counsel.

Mr. Kaiser has retired as Managing Partner and the practice is now managed by his partner, Mr. Daniel Roten.
